In the sequel to the film ‘Red,’ starring Bruce Willis, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren, he stars as ‘The Frog’ an information dealer who got his name by poisoning the water supply at the Kremlin using a poisonous Amazonian frog.
Good news: Daniel Radcliffe will make his return to a beloved franchise! Nope, sadly not that one. The Harry Potter star has recorded another role for The Simpsons.
In an episode airing this coming season, Bart will encounter Diggs (Radcliffe), a strange older boy with a passion for falconry, among other things. “Diggs is a combination of Holden Caulfield, Finny from A Separate Peace and the kids in Lord of the Flies — only a little more screwed up,” executive producer Al Jean tells Entertainment Weekly.
Harry Potter actress Emma Watson, who is frequently pictured sashaying down red carpets in a variety of towering stilettos, has claimed she owns only eight pairs of shoes.
Given that she has a £24 million fortune and luxury homes in London, New York and France, such parsimonious behaviour beggars belief.
Ms Watson, who often tops the best-dressed lists in fashion magazines, made the claim in an interview published this week about her new film “The Bling Ring”, in which she plays one of a real-life gang of thieves who raided celebrities’ homes for their designer clothes.

Harry Potter star sets up new company Eevil Plan Properties
Rupert Grint, 24, has a £12.9million property portfolio in Herfordshire including his own £5.4million mansion and his parents’ boutique hotel
After rising to fame as Harry Potter’s sidekick, it seems Rupert Grint is working some magic of his own on his property portfolio. The 24-year-old has set up a new company to manage the income from his multi-million pound housing empire.
And while his Potter alter-ego Ron Weasley spent his time fighting the forces of darkness, Grint appears to have embraced his slightly more sinister side – by naming it Eevil Plan Properties.
While the trilogy series “Queen of the Tearling” hasn’t been released yet, Emma Watson’s name has already been attached to the probable movie adaptation. It would be the starlet’s first leading role since Harry Potter.
Variety reports that the book features a 19-year-old female protagonist, and “is set three centuries after an environmental catastrophe when a malevolent Red Queen holds considerable power.” Johansen was partly inspired by a 2007 speech from Barack Obama. I guess I missed his “malevolent Red Queen” speech. The books are reportedly a “female Game of Thrones“, which is an odd description since Game of Thrones has plenty of interesting female characters. Harper Collins will begin releasing the Queen of the Tearling books starting next year.
Personally, I’d love to see Emma in another strong, female role in a YA movie adaptation. What about you?
The Potter actor will play Erich Blunt, a conceited, rich CEO of a tech company.
According to Deadline, the 25-year-old Harry Potter actor has joined the cast of TNT’s drama pilot Murder In The First as a series regular.
The show is a murder mystery that centers on San Francisco PD homicide detectives Terry Seagrave (Taye Diggs) and Hildy Mulligan (Kathleen Robertson), as they take on a case that seems more like a maze.
